By using Seedlist you agree to these terms. You may use investor data only to contact investors about legitimate fundraising, in compliance with applicable law (including anti-spam rules).

You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape the database. Accounts are for a single user and may not be shared.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that any investor will respond or invest.
