Refund Policy

New members get a free trial; cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

If you are charged and believe there was an error, email support@seedlist.example within 7 days and we will review your request.

Unlocked contacts and exported rows cannot be returned, so refunds are generally not offered once credits have been used.
